Shipping & Delivery Policy

Karma Speaks is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All services are delivered electronically via video call, email, or secure file download.

1. Digital Services Only

No physical goods are associated with any Karma Speaks service. There is no shipping cost, no courier, and no delivery address required at any point during the booking process.

If you received a request for a physical delivery address on our checkout, please contact us immediately at support@karmaspeaks.com as this would indicate an error.

2. Consultation Delivery

Live consultations are conducted via Zoom video call:

• Zoom link: Sent to your booking email within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and again 1 hour before your scheduled session.
• Session timing: All sessions run at the scheduled time in your local timezone. Timezone is confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
• Duration: Session durations are as specified in the service description (typically 30 to 90 minutes depending on the package booked).
• Technical failure: If the video call fails due to a platform outage or connectivity issue on our end, we will reschedule at no charge. Please ensure your internet connection and Zoom app are working before the session.

3. Written Reports

For services that include a written report add-on:

• Delivery method: Sent as a PDF attachment to your booking email address.
• Delivery timeline: Within 7–10 business days of your consultation session or payment (for report-only packages).
• Revisions: Reports are based on your birth data and session discussion. Minor factual corrections (e.g., date errors) are addressed free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Scope changes are not included.
• Clarity Session: The Clarity Session package does not include a written report add-on. All other services support the optional written report add-on.

If you have not received your report within 10 business days, check your spam folder and then contact support@karmaspeaks.com.

4. Session Recordings

Where session recording is included in your package or requested:

• Delivery timeline: Recordings are processed and sent within 48 hours of your session via a secure download link.
• Format: MP4 video file, accessible via a private link valid for 30 days. Download and save the file promptly.
• Privacy: Recording links are not shared with third parties. You are responsible for the security of the link once received.

5. Technical Requirements

To receive all digital deliverables, ensure the following:

• A valid, active email address that accepts attachments up to 25 MB
• Zoom desktop or mobile app installed and tested before your session
• Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps for video quality)
• A quiet, private space for the duration of your consultation

We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by full inboxes, spam filters, or incorrect email addresses provided at booking. Please double-check your email address during the booking process.
