1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing karmaspeaks.com or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Karma Speaks, operated by Meganathan Gnanamani (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Completing a booking or payment on this platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

Karma Speaks provides Vedic astrology consultation services delivered exclusively in digital form — via video call (Zoom), written reports sent by email, and session recordings. No physical goods are shipped.

• All consultations are conducted by Meganathan Gnanamani or a designated expert under his supervision.
• Service descriptions, durations, and inclusions are as stated on the Services page at time of booking.
• We reserve the right to modify service offerings with reasonable notice.
• Consultations are for personal guidance only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

3. Booking & Payment

We operate a “Pay First” booking model. Your booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. Birth details and consultation preferences are collected after payment as Step 3 of the booking process.

• Indian clients pay via Razorpay (UPI, netbanking, debit/credit cards).
• International clients may pay via Razorpay or PayPal.
• All prices are displayed in INR or USD based on your location. INR and USD prices are independently set — they are not live currency conversions.
• Booking references follow the format KS-2026-XXXXXX and are issued upon payment confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate birth information. We cannot be held liable for consultation quality arising from incorrect birth data.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

As our services are digital and personalised, refunds are not available once a consultation has been delivered or a written report has been dispatched.

• 48+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling to a new date at no charge.
• Less than 48 hours notice: Rescheduling only — cancellation is not available and the consultation fee is retained.
• No-show: The full consultation fee is forfeited with no rescheduling rights.
• Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@karmaspeaks.com within 24 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on karmaspeaks.com — including text, graphics, methodology, and consultation reports — is the intellectual property of Karma Speaks / Meganathan Gnanamani. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share consultation content without prior written consent.

• Session recordings provided to you are for personal use only.
• Written reports are personalised to your birth data and may not be resold or published.
• Our proprietary scoring methodology and analytical formulas are trade secrets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karma Speaks and Meganathan Gnanamani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on consultation outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant consultation.

Astrology is a guidance tool. Decisions you make based on your consultation are solely your responsibility.

7. User Conduct

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent, to book a consultation.
• You agree not to misuse our platform, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.
• Abusive conduct toward our team will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
