1. Nature of Services

Karma Speaks provides Vedic astrology consultations based on the analysis of birth charts, planetary positions, and time cycles. Vedic astrology is an ancient Indian system of knowledge that uses mathematical and astronomical data to identify patterns, tendencies, and timing windows in a person's life.

Consultations are offered as a tool for self-reflection, strategic planning, and personal insight. They are delivered in the spirit of guidance — not prophecy, supernatural prediction, or spiritual command.

2. Birth Data Accuracy

The quality and relevance of your consultation depend entirely on the accuracy of the birth information you provide:

• Date of birth: Required. Even a one-day difference can shift chart calculations significantly.
• Time of birth: Strongly recommended. A birth time accurate to within 15 minutes enables precise divisional chart analysis. If your time is unknown, please indicate this honestly — we will work with what is available.
• Place of birth: Required. The geographic coordinates of your birth place determine your rising sign and house divisions.

Karma Speaks cannot be held responsible for consultation quality or relevance arising from incorrect or approximate birth data provided by the client.

3. Not Professional Advice

Consultations with Karma Speaks do not constitute and must not be treated as:

• Medical or psychological advice: We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for health concerns.
• Financial or investment advice: Astrological timing guidance is not a substitute for advice from a qualified financial adviser.
• Legal advice: Nothing in a consultation constitutes legal counsel. Consult a qualified solicitor or advocate for legal matters.
• Career or educational counselling: While we may discuss vocational tendencies from your chart, this is not career coaching or professional placement advice.

• Are not liable for outcomes arising from decisions made based on consultation content

5. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Vedic astrology identifies patterns and tendencies based on planetary cycles. It does not guarantee:

• Specific life events occurring on predicted dates
• Financial outcomes, relationship success, or health improvements
• Resolution of legal, professional, or personal disputes

Life is shaped by a combination of planetary influences, free will, effort, environment, and other factors beyond astrological scope. Consultations highlight tendencies and timing — they do not override human agency.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Karma Speaks and Meganathan Gnanamani disclaim all liability for any loss, harm, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from:

• Reliance on consultation content for major life, financial, medical, or legal decisions
• Outcomes that differ from astrological patterns identified in the consultation
• Errors arising from inaccurate birth information provided by the client
